A World Without God – Evolution

Evolution denies that God is the Creator of all things. The word evolution is from the word “evolve.” The dictionary defines evolve: “to develop gradually (slowly); to unfold; by natural process; to open out. Evolution means gradual unfolding or developing; growth; the scientific theory according to which the higher forms of life have gradually developed from simple and rudimentary forms. Rudiment means beginning; germ; imperfectly developed; or formed organs.” The evolutionary theory is a belief that man evolved from a simple form of lower life (as an ape or monkey) and presents the first man as a cave man. (Well, men have always lived in caves even until this day). Evolution also presents dinosaurs and large animals. The Bible does state the existence of large animals (Job 40:15-24; Job 41:1; Isaiah 27:1; Psalms 74:14).

Also, the name “Dinosaur” is a modern-day name not a name given by Adam. Encarta – “Dinosaur, one of a group of extinct reptiles that lived from about 230 million to about 65 million years ago. The word dinosaur was coined in 1842 by British anatomist Sir Richard Owen, meaning “marvelous” or “terrible,” and sauros, meaning “lizard.” By the way Noah, did not need to put full grown animals on the ark. In evolution, notice the phrases of possible, perhaps, about, it could have been, it is thought and approximately. An evolutionist denies creation and rejects the Creator. Evolution is to teach the existence of life without a Creator. Evolutionists continue to search for the missing link but have never found it. God is the Creator. He is God.

A World With God – Creation

Consider the heavens – By the middle of the 18th century, only three galaxies had been identified. In 1780, the French astronomer Charles Messier published a list that included 32 galaxies. In the 19th century, thousands of galaxies were identified and cataloged by three British astronomers. Since 1900 many galaxies have been discovered in large numbers by photographic searches. Galaxies at enormous distances from earth appear so tiny on a photograph that they can hardly be distinguished from stars. In 1996 the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) surveyed nearby galaxies. Earth’s galaxy, the Milky Way Galaxy, is one of at least 30 galaxies in what astronomers call the Local Group which is a member of the Local Supercluster. The nearest cluster is the Virgo cluster, which contains thousands of galaxies… The Milky Way and the Andromeda galaxies are the two largest with each containing hundreds of billions of stars. Many nearby small satellite galaxies contains 100 million stars. It is now learned that the clusters and superclusters in the universe contain tens of thousands of galaxies. — (Encarta® 2003). Note: 18th century three galaxies discovered. 1780 32 galaxies discovered. 19th century 1900 galaxies discovered. 1996 with HST clusters or superclusters were discovered that contains tens of thousands of galaxies with each cluster containing hundreds of billions of stars. Mankind only discovered what existed. As technology advances much more will be discovered. — TC.

Creation is from the word “create.” Create means to bring into existence out of nothing; to originate; to make. Make means to form things from things, but create means to make things from nothing. Only God can create; man can only make things from existing things. Creation was the act of bringing the world into existence. Creator means One (God) Who creates. To believe in creation you must also believe in a Creator. Without God there would be no beginning. The Bible is the only source to find creation. A Christian simply believes the Bible. The creationist believes in a Creator who created life. A creationist denies evolution.

The Attributes of God

(Only God Possesses These Attributes)

Attributes of God – An attribute is a quality that belongs or is distributed from someone. Attribute: (dictionary) to explain by showing a cause or a characteristic of a person or thing. Example: His finest attribute is his display of kindness. An attribute is something that someone naturally displays because it is their nature. The attributes of God are the very nature (essence) of God’s divine being. Without them He would not be God. Without God these attributes would not exist. No one, except for God, has ever possessed, nor can possess, even one of these attributes. These attributes are found in God alone. The attributes of God are revealed only in the Bible. By learning the attributes of God, you may praise God for who He really is and for how each attribute impacts your life in a positive way. Note: All other gods lack these attributes.

The Character of God

These Godly Characteristics Can Be Reflected in His people

Character of God – The divine character of God describes His personality. God shares these characteristics with His children and, in part, with His creation. These are qualities which God possesses as God, and which He has ordained to be a part of the personality of each of His children through the work of His Son and the fruit of His Spirit. 2. A.W. Tozer in Knowledge of the Holy finds eighteen different characteristics of God in the Bible. God’s character is Who He actually is. Character is defined as the many qualities that make an individual. Actually a person’s character magnifies and manifests who and what kind of person they really are. A person can have good character or poor character. Good character usually means that a person is kind, good and gentle. Poor character usually means a person is rude, unkind and mean. The characters of God describes His nature as God. It is natural for God to perform and function as God. Why? He is God.

Man’s Character and Attributes – Man can never be as God or equal with God. Man cannot claim divine attributes of God’s nature. Man has limited attributes which will display God to others. With the help of the Holy Spirit Christians can reflect the glories of God’s character and personality (Gal.5:22-23). God uses His people to reach the world. God has no other plan. “By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another” (John 13:35).
