He’s crazy—He is insane! “He does not love me or the children. He stays up all night playing computer games and eating junk food. He doesn’t work enough, he doesn’t sleep enough, and he’s a hoarder. He buys cases and cases of toothpaste, water, and canned food. We have no room to walk in our own house. He never helps clean the house. He’s always out hunting birds with his blowgun in the day, and out hunting ghosts with his flashlight at night. He is out of control. I tell you, He’s crazy!” That’s what Kathy said about Bob. (Their marriage lasted only a few months.)

“He’s great—I love him!” That’s what Sharon says about David. They got married young and raised their children to love Jesus. In addition to ministry, they always took one day a week for rest, fun, and games. They planned work, home school, meals, and ministry so they could “grow up together.” Today, their children are raising their children the same way.

Bob or David? I like both Bob and David. They are Good Ole Boys. Neither is crazy. The difference is: Bob ignores marriage rules; David obeys them. I want to be like David.

God taught Adam and Eve to worship, work, walk, rest, eat (real food), not eat (from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil), have roles (male and female), love, be fruitful, multiply, subdue and have dominion over the earth. (Genesis 1-3). Every couple can obey.

“If ye love me, keep my commandments.” – JESUS (John 14:15)
