“Lord, Give Me Pow’r to Testify”
Lord, give me pow’r to testify
To Deaf who truth ignore;
My life, O Lord, I sanctify
To witness to them more.
Lord, light a fire now in my soul
Then fan its flames each day,
O, may Thy Spirit have control
And teach me what to say.
Lord, give me wisdom then to know
The words Deaf need to see;
I would be faithful e’er to sow
The Seed that sets them free.
Lord, give me courage everyday
To speak to Deaf in sin;
Thy Great Commission I’ll obey,
A crown of joy to win.
