FORGIVENESS – Means to remove and cancel a wrong. Divine forgiveness is from God as He forgives us (Acts 13:38). Christian forgiveness is forgiving one another of something done wrong. It means to cancel or remove the wrong as though it never happened. It is forgiven (Matthew 6:12). True forgiveness means that I will not bring it up again to you, another person or myself. It has been forgiven.

FORNICATION – Means illicit sexual acts of an unmarried or a single person (Ephesians 5:3).

GENERATION – Means a time period in history (Matthew 17:17). It also is related to different generations of a family. Each newborn begins a new generation (Matthew 1:1).

GENTILE – Means a nation of people who are not of the Jewish nation. All nations that were not Jews were called Gentiles (Romans 1:16; 2:9).

GIFTS – Means spiritual gifts from God that are given to each Christian. Gifts are different abilities given to different people. Gifts are from the Holy Spirit (I Cor.12:7-11).

GOSPEL – Means good news, good message or good story. The Gospel of God is the good news of the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ that can save people from Hell. The Gospel is God’s plan for all to be saved and go to Heaven (Romans 1:16).
