Both these Deaf preachers are faithful servants of the Lord, as well as good friends. They have been in the ministry for many years and are great examples of “The Deaf Can.”
What’s Up? Ben & Marie Condra are proud parents again of another baby girl. Gloria Hesed, was born March 14, weighing 7 lbs 11 oz. SWM’s Reed & Donna Condra (Poppa & Grandma) are excited to welcome this 6th grandchild.
What’s Up? Missionaries to the Deaf, South Africa, Chris & Lucinda Radebaugh report that grandson, Seth Mitchell, is currently doing well physically. He will have serious procedures done on his heart in late May. After getting the results from these procedures, the doctors will meet to make a plan for moving forward with Seth’s treatment. What’s Up? Congratulations to deaf friend, Crystal White, who graduated May 14, from Cleveland State University with a Master of Education (Intervention Specialist) degree. Crystal is pictured with Randy her husband and #1 supporter. Crystal is an example of determination and desire to complete what she feels is the direction of the Lord for her life. She is also mother to two daughters and a son. Way to go, Crystal!
What’s Up? SWM 2022 Outstanding Student Award, Harvest Deaf Bible College, Ringgold, Georgia, was awarded to deaf student, Ana Navarro. Ana is determined to get the training she needs to be a better servant of the Lord. While she is training, she is constantly serving with a sweet and generous attitude. Congratulations, Ana!
What’s Up? Congrats! Rylie Waters, deaf daughter of Chris & Joy Waters, and granddaughter of Sandy Waters and of SWM’s Allen Snare, graduated from Lafayette High School, Lafayette, GA, on May 27.
What’s Up? Ted Camp was privileged to be one of the speakers at the recent Deaf Christian Senior Fellowship, hosted by Harvest Baptist Church of the Deaf, Ringgold, GA. The theme, “Be Steadfast” challenged the seniors to remain steadfast and faithful. Don’t stop, quit, or give up! “
What’s Up? Dawn DaCosta, CODA, Professional interpreter, Pacific Baptist Church, Long Beach, CA, had fun with the language. The sign says “Sign In,” which means to register your name. For fun, she read it and made the sign for “in.” She signed “IN.” LOL

What’s Up? SWMI Missionaries to the Deaf, Bruce & Amanda & Belle, have been in Liberia, West Africa, for one month. They are busy setting up, moving in, learning local customs, and being involved in ministry with other missionaries. Of course, their goal is to reach the Deaf in that area for Christ.
