Return & Refund Policy

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus any original shipping costs paid) to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, resaleable condition (no bent corners, tears, or writing).

Non-Returnable Items:

Digital Downloads (PDFs, Videos, etc.)
Opened DVDs or software
Free tracts or pamphlets

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. Please include a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement for you.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us with any questions.
